I could guff on about rites of passage or the alienation of youth, I suppose. Or even about the acoustic mechanics of it, how you leave the noise behind you as you zip along and don't realise how loud it is (year, right). But I will rest on the surmise that it is, essentially, something we should treasure: the carefree expression of youth.
